The Polk City Development Corporation (PCDC) is a group of community leaders and business owners that have joined together to promote Polk City, provide support to existing businesses, and recruit new business to the city.
PCDC has incorporated as a non-profit corporation to better enable the organization to accomplish its goals. The goal of PCDC is to grow Polk City in a manner that allows the community to retain its character.
Our Mission Statement is to encourage a proactive business environment that results in a diversified and balanced smart growth of Polk City’s economic base and improves the quality of life.
