Business Park

I just wanted to let you know that the City Council approved the Development Agreement for Big Creek Technology Park at their meeting last night.  This is very exciting news for Polk City. The approval is the first step in making the business park a reality.  Big Creek Technology Park provides needed sites for business to locate.  We have prospects that have been eagerly awaiting this development.
