A grocery store would be HUGE for Polk City. I feel that residents would support a store after visiting with many at different functions around the city. I also feel with the large amount of children in town that the families would certainly utilize a recreational community building. The turnout at events that Kiwanis volunteers at or runs has many families attend with young children. A coffee shop would be great so you don't always have to go into Ankeny, Johnston, Grimes etc. I believe PC would support these businesses and community buildings. Thanks.
