110 W. Van Dorn

The lot at 110 West Van Dorn St has been recently acquired by RTT Properties. The company intends to build a one-story 6,800 square foot space for offices and retail businesses.

The developers will build seven or eight suites in the building, and two of the suites already are pre-leased. The building is scheduled for completion in early 2008.
